PAPER WISE Wasp trap hanging container

The trap is designed to catch difficult flying insects. Protects against intrusive insects in gardens, balconies, gazebos and the like. Fruit syrup, juice or other sweet, preferably fermenting drinks will suffice as a filling.

Use:
Unscrew the white cap and pour the prepared lure into the trap, e.g. syrup, sweet drink or beer. Then screw the cap back on and hang the prepared trap by its lanyard or place it in the place you want to protect from insects. The colour of the trap and the smell of the bait attracts insects that fly into the trap. The special design of the container prevents insects from climbing out of the trap. The trap can also be used to protect fruit trees and vines. It is not suitable for indoor use and for trapping mosquitoes.

Fillings:
Wasps, flies and hornets: 150 ml beer, ½ tbsp sugar (or honey) or 100 ml water, 1 tbsp sugar (or honey) and 50 ml red wine vinegar.
Octomils and fruit flies: 125 ml apple cider vinegar, 50 ml red wine, ½ tablespoon sugar.
Baits prepared in this way are not harmful to pollinators (bees, bumblebees). To increase efficiency, change the bait every 15 to 20 days.
