To jste je k tomu nemuseli dávat vůbec...je to jako koupit si auto, ale nedostat k němu klíčky. Opravdu je spotřebitel nucen koupit si zvlášť sadu lahviček s redukcí? Zajímavý přístup... Nehledě na to, že Alza není schopna dodržet slibovaný termín doručení, skvělé služby...
