Harmonizing herbal tea with extract of vital Reishi mushroom and Ayurvedic herbs. Tea helps to harmonize the mental and physical side of the body. Naturally decaffeinated. The pack contains 16 pieces of individually wrapped tea bags. The tea bags are made of paper, plastic-free and nylon with a cotton drawstring.
Reishi
The Czech word for shiny mushroom, it is probably the best known medicinal mushroom and has been used for centuries for its beneficial effects on human health. It contains about 19% protein, betaglucans, 18 essential amino acids, lectins, nucleosides, sterols (ergosterol, β-sitosterol, ganodosterone), alkaloids, triterpenoids, polysaccharides, fatty acids (stearic, palmitic, Behen, linolenic, oil), betaine, glycogen, minerals (magnesium, zinc, manganese, germanium) and vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E). In Japan, the reishi mushroom is even officially recognised as a cure for cancer.

Ingredients
Chamomile* 29 %, Indian basil (also Tulsi) * 24 %, lemon balm* 21 %, ginger* 18 %, lemon zest*, Reishi mushroom extract*, essential lemon oil*.

Recommended dosage
Pour freshly boiled hot water at 100 °C (250 ml) over the bag and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
