Refectocil Oxidant 3% liquid is specially formulated for Refectocil paints. Thanks to it, you will achieve a perfect and precise result every time you colour your eyelashes and eyebrows. The liquid consistency makes the process of mixing the dye mixture and the application easier. Thanks to the emulsion you get an intense colour result. It is gentle to the eye area. One pack is sufficient for up to 200 applications.

Use:
Mix 10 drops of activating emulsion with 2 cm of the selected RefectoCil colour to form a smooth paste. Apply to dry, clean eyebrows and lashes and leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity. When finished, wipe off the excess paint with a cotton swab and finish cleaning.
