China Lapsang Souchong is a black tea from the Wuyi Mountains, located in the north of the Chinese province of Fujian. This excellent tea, one of the most popular types of tea, is characterized by a slightly smoky flavor with a hint of dried plums, cinnamon and noble wood. You will simply love its taste.
Ingredients
Chinese black tea.
Preparation
Pour one teaspoon of tea into 250 ml of hot water at a temperature of approximately 95 °C. Let steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
