China White Hair Tea Garden
This tea plant was named China White Hair because of the appearance of its slightly downy leaves, the perfect shape and quality of which are due to the ideal climate of the high mountain areas and the careful work of the local inhabitants, who have been experts in their craft for several thousand years. The sweet, fresh taste with subtle fruity notes will surely enchant not only you but also your children.
Ingredients
White Chinese tea.
Preparation
To prepare 250 ml of infusion, use 1 teaspoon of loose tea. If you decide to make tea in a larger teapot, don' t be afraid to add 2 to 3 extra teaspoons of tea. Pour water at a temperature of 70 to 80°C over the China White Hair leaves and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes. It is at this temperature and length of steeping that the China White Hair leaves develop perfectly and the development of an undesirable bitter taste is prevented. You don' t even need to throw away used tea leaves right away - China White Hair is multi-infusion, so you don' t have to worry about using them again.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
