Preparation
We recommend using one to two teaspoons per 250 ml of water at a temperature of 95–100 °C. Steep for 2.5 to 4 minutes, depending on how intense the infusion you prefer. It is also suitable for preparing a second infusion, which will reveal other layers of flavors.
