Ingredients
Spearmint, lemongrass, Eucalyptus 13%, ginger 13 %, Mate 12%, green tea 10%, Niacin, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Thiamine (vitamin B1), Biotin.
Preparation
Pour boiling water (about 200 ml) over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for about 5-8 minutes. An adult drinks 2 cups per day.
