The essential oil of Atlas Cedar, obtained by distilling the wood of the majestic trees growing in the Atlas Mountains, offers a harmonizing fragrance with woody and slightly sweet notes. Essential oil is an excellent aid in relieving stress and tension, calming the mind, relaxing the body and inducing a sense of calm and stability. Add 6 drops to an aromatherapy bottle or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m2. Add a maximum of 3 drops to 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream in body cosmetics and massage oils.

For pregnant women, sensitive persons and older children, use a lower dosage. For children under 2 years of age, use oils only for inhalation and in very small amounts.
