Pine resin oils are also referred to as turpentines. They have a characteristic aroma with fresh woody-resinous earthy notes. This essential oil is excellent in winter blends for aromatherapy and diffusers. Pine trees are generally valued for their adaptogenic effects. The oils derived from them increase the overall resistance of the human body to stress and improve the ability to withstand changing conditions. Traditionally used in massage mixtures for muscle pain. Inhalation is suitable for colds. In the home, it is indispensable in the care of wooden surfaces. It is added when cleaning and treating wooden floors.
