Ingredients
Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) 100 %.
Preparation
Pour boiling water over the herb at a ratio of 4 g (approx. 2 heaped teaspoons) per 250 ml of water. Leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes. Then strain.
Recommended dosage
We recommend drinking 1 - 2 times a day.
