Active ingredients
- Ginger root - traditionally for supporting the respiratory system and warming the body
- Large-flowered mullein - a plant used to support the respiratory system

Ingredients
Peppermint extract (Mentha piperita), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) 30%, Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla), sage (Salvia officinalis) 5%, Echinacea inflorescence (Echinacea purpurea) 5%, mullein flower (Verbascum).
Preparation
Pour 10 g of tea (2 tablespoons) over 0.5 l of water (temperature 95 °C). Leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1 - 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
