Vilgain Sleep Tea is a loose herbal blend of six selected herbs, designed for situations when it is difficult to fall asleep, sleep is shallow or it is hard to relax properly. This blend is designed to help promote restful and quality sleep.

Active ingredients
- Lemon balm with its soothing and relaxing effects
- Honeydew adds honey flavour, helps relax muscles
- Knot helps with nervousness and relieves tension
- Hops with sedative effects on the nervous system
- Chamomile helps with muscle relaxation and relieves the psyche
- Mucca calms the mind and reduces nervous tension
Ingredients
Lemon balm, acacia flower, valerian root 15%, hop cones, Chamomile flower, passionflower extract 5%.
Preparation
Pour 400-500 ml of hot water, not boiling, over one tablespoon of the herbal mixture. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain. Season with sugar, honey or lemon according to your preference.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed the daily dosage.
Warning and storage
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding we recommend that you consult a doctor about the specific composition of the herbal tea. Unsuitable for children because of the passionflower and hops, which can have sedative effects. Store in a dry place.
