Dobrý den, rád bych se zeptal, z jakého důvodu nemáte u těchto svíček poznámku, že jde o poškozené zboží. Reklamoval jsem ji 5X a bohužel ani jednou nedorazila svíčka ve 100% stavu. Při poslední reklamaci mi pracovník Vaši pobočky přislíbil, že kontaktuje manažera, aby na toto dohlédl... Mrzí mě, že nákupy pozemšťanů řídí někdo, u koho vyhrává kvantita prodeje, nad kvalitou a spokojeností...
