Hello, the container was broken and almost half of it has leaked out. The person gave it to me and it was dripping with liquid as it it dropped and opened. They then wrapped it in plastic where it was completely wet and leaking. I have pictures and also a video where the person who gave it to me is saying it is broken. Please refund the Woolite Pro-Care 3.6L money along with the expedited pick up fee which I was charged for same day service.
