Dobrý den, jak je to s výdrží a celkovou kvalitou dané čtečky? Dostáváte často toto zařízení na reklamaci, popř. co se uznává, pouze špatný skener nebo i např. mechanické poškození? Děkuji

Čtečka občas přečte kód špatně. Dá se to nějak opravit/nastavit, nebo musím čtečku reklamovat ?

Dobrý den, je možné někde stáhnou k této čtečce rozšířený manuál kde jsou kódy pro nastavení prefixu Enter po skenování čarového kódu. Děkuji

Dobrý den, čtečka místo čísel EAN kodu dává znaky ")@(!" a podobně. Asi to lze nastavit ale v přiloženém manualu jsem to nenašel. Děkuji

Dobrý den, nedaří se mi připojit čtečku přes BT adaptér v PC. V PC je sice adapter dostupný, ale čtečka se s adaptérem nedokáže spárovat. Mohu poprosit o nějakou radu? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, čtečku jsem spároval. Nepřečte ale EAN13 (pouze zavibruje, pípne). Zkoušel jsem na Android 8.1.0 a Win 10 PRO. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, nedaří se nám zprovoznit čtečku na Android verzi 8.1.0 . Čtečka se spáruje, ale nepřenáší načtené kódy. Na vyšších verzích Android vše funguje jak má. Uvádí výrobce řešení pro tuto situaci? Děkuji za odpověď.
