True-to-life colours and efficient operation
The light emits light with a colour temperature of 3000K, creating a pleasant atmosphere of warm white light in the room. This makes it suitable for living spaces where you spend time relaxing. You will also appreciate the colour rendering index (CRI 90 Ra), which ensures that colours look natural and without distortion. The IP20 rating means the light is protected against the ingress of solid objects but is not intended for damp environments. A power factor of PF > 0.9 indicates efficient use of electrical energy.
Luminous flux is a measure of the total amount of visible light emitted by a light source and is expressed in lumens (lm). Higher luminous flux means higher light output. This parameter is important when choosing a luminaire because it affects how bright the lighting in a space will be.
Minimum chromaticity refers to the lowest level of colour tone that a light source can offer. This value is important for environments where soft and gentle light with a lower colour temperature is desired, such as relaxation rooms or living rooms where a relaxing atmosphere is desired.
Maximum chromaticity refers to the highest level of colour tone that a light source can achieve. This value is crucial for spaces where brighter, crisper light with a higher colour temperature is required, such as work areas, kitchens or places where maximum visibility is needed.
The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) is a measure of how accurately a light source displays colours compared to sunlight. A higher CRI value means that colours will look more natural under that light. This parameter is important in shops, galleries and anywhere where an accurate and realistic display of colour is required.
The ingress protection (IP) is an internationally standardised code that identifies the resistance of electrical appliances against the ingress of foreign items and liquids, especially water. It is expressed in the so-called IP code, which consists of the "IP" followed by two digits: the first indicates the protection against dangerous contact and foreign objects, the second indicates the degree of protection against water ingress.
Energy class of an appliance determines the amount of energy consumed by the electric appliance used within the European Union. Energy classes are defined by the EU and individual members of countries incorporate them into their legislation. From September 21, 2021, a new energy class ranging from A to G is applicable.
The length of time (according to the manufacturer) the lightbulb will shine, under the ideal conditions. This value is also affected by how many times it is turned on – frequent switching on and off reduces the lifetime.
