Dobrý den, koupil jsem si notebook a součástí byl tento Bezstarostný servis, se kterým hned vyvstaly starosti. Odkaz v popisu produktu je nefunkční a: Mám nějaký kód, ale nevím co s tím mám dělat. Mám volat v případě problému do DELLu a sdělit jim tento kód? Pokud ano - na jaké telefonní číslo? Nikde to není uvedeno. Děkuji.

Netuším z popisu co si pod tím mám představit, jestli pomoc při prvotní instalaci, nebo po dobu záruky, či co to je. Z popisu to není jasdné. Děkuji za osvětlení.
