Dobrý den. Zakoupila jsem tuto licenci a na svém mobilu stáhla z odkazu, který mi poslala Alza aplikační balíček. Aplikaci nainstaluji do telefonu, ale když jí chci spustit dostanu se jen na zadání země ČR a pak je Přijmout smlouvy. Tady mi při potvrzení přijetí smluv objeví informace, že se aplikace spouští a tím to končí. Nelze mi vůbec aplikaci spustit a ni po odinstalování a znovu nainstalování a ani po restartu telefonu. Můžete mi někdo poradit co s tím? Už se ptám podruhé a tak bych uvítala nějakou odpověď. Děkuji.

Mám zakúpenú licenciu kaspersky na 2 roky pre android, na pokladničnom bloku je uvedený 15 miestny kód. Na aktiváciu však potrebujem 20-miestny kód. Aký kód z pokladničného bloku mám udať na aktiváciu licencie?

Zaplatila jsem si licenci, v mailu jsem našla odkaz, ten mě zavedl na stránku, že nemám zatím zaplacené žádné licence (platila jsem přímo v ALZE před 3 dny) ?

dobrý den. Zakoupil jsem nový telefon Samsung J5, k němuž jsem si přikoupil bezpečnostní software Kaspersky. Při přihlášení do Alzy ale nemám žádnou elektronickou licenci aktivní - produkt nelze stáhnout. JM

Dobrý den, mám úplně stejný problém jako pan Miroslav Hejný. Koupila jsem si sw Kaspersky Internet Securiy pro Android spolu s telefonem HUAWEI Y6 Pro Gold. Instalace proběhla zřejmě v pořádku, ale po snaze spustit program, to chce potvrzení Licenční smlouvy a po kliknutí na tlačítko Přijmout a pokračovat, se objeví kolečko s názvem Spouštění aplikace Kaspersky... a to je vše... kolečko se točí a točí a točí a nic.. Co s tím? Už jsem daný sw zkusila i odinstalovat a znova nainstalovat, ale výsledek je stále stejný. Může někdo poradit??? Díky moc

Dobrý den, mám zakoupenou tuto licenci spolu s telefonem Samsung S5-mini, po stažení souboru, spuštění a odsouhlasení smluvních podmínek se nadále již jen tzv. točí kolečko a dále se nic neděje, aplikace se tváří jako naistalovaná, ale nejde spustit. Nemáte prosím nějaký tip pro řešení? Děkuji, M.Hejný.

Dobrý den, spolu s telefonem jsem si zakoupila toto internetové zabezpečení, ale nevím, jak ho aktivovat. Stáhla jsem si z google play aplikaci, chce to po mě aktivační kod, který je předpokládám na účtence, zadala jsem ho a píše to, že je to neplatný aktivační kod. Udávám kod z účtenky, který se nachází dole.
