Quickly resolve a malfunction or complaint with Lenovo Authorized Service from the comfort of your home or office. The customer service line 800 702 703 is available every weekday from 9am to 6pm.
Problem with your laptop? Simply call Lenovo's customer service line or livechat and report the serial number of the product. Lenovo Support will discuss the problem with you and you can resolve minor faults that do not require service remotely, or the device will be safely diagnosed.
If the situation cannot be resolved this way, a courier will come to take over the device, take it to the service centre and then deliver it to your home. If it is not a warranty service, or if the complaint is assessed as a fault caused by improper use of the equipment, you can take advantage of a paid repair. Transportation of the laptop by courier to/from the service remains free of charge.
