The MIELE DAS 4930 built-in panel extractor hood combines an elegant look, superb user comfort and energy-saving operation. The 90cm wide model offers 3 power levels and 2 intensive levels, intuitive SmartControl touch controls, automatic cooperation with the hob via Con@ctivity, and efficient filtration using a 10-layer stainless steel grease filter. It also features uniform illumination from an LED strip, an energy-saving ECO motor, an easy-to-maintain CleanCover interior, and the option for extraction or recirculation (after conversion).

The MIELE DAS 4930 is a built-in panel extractor hood designed for demanding kitchens and modern interiors. It boasts high A+++ energy efficiency, an annual consumption of just 23.4kWh, a DC ECO motor, SmartControl touch controls with brightness dimming, and automatic power control via Con@ctivity. Comfort is further enhanced by a 5/15 minute fan run-on time, grease and carbon filter saturation indicators, a safety switch-off, and the CleanCover internal design for easier cleaning.

Automatic function that works with your hob
The Con@ctivity function brings a high level of comfort to everyday cooking. The MIELE DAS 4930 extractor hood automatically responds to your hob's settings and adjusts the extraction power to the current situation. This makes operation more convenient, seamless and removes the need for manual adjustments.
SmartControl for elegant and convenient operation
The MIELE DAS 4930 is equipped with SmartControl touch controls, which look modern and are very comfortable to use. A practical feature is the brightness dimming function, which contributes to a more pleasant user experience and does not disrupt the appliance's overall clean look.
Energy-saving ECO motor with high performance
At the heart of the extractor is the ECO motor, an energy-saving DC motor that saves up to 50% more energy than conventional fans. At the same time, it offers a solid extraction performance of up to 400m³/h on level 3 and up to 720m³/h on the intensive setting, so it can easily handle even more intensive cooking sessions.
10-layer stainless steel grease filter for efficient filtration
A 10-layer stainless steel grease filter takes care of effective grease capture, boasting a high degreasing capacity and being easy to clean in the dishwasher. It's a practical solution that simplifies maintenance and helps keep the extractor in good condition for the long term.
CleanCover for easier cleaning and greater safety
The interior of the hood features the Miele CleanCover system. Its enclosed, smooth surface prevents contact with cables and the motor, contributing to safer operation and easier cleaning. This makes maintaining the extractor hood more convenient and quicker.
Uniform LED worktop lighting
The work area under the extractor is illuminated by an LED strip with an output of 1× 3W, an intensity of 330lx and a colour temperature of 3500K. The lighting is uniform and pleasant for everyday cooking, and it also contributes to the appliance's overall energy efficiency.
Automatic run-on and filter status indicator
For added convenience, the extractor is equipped with a run-on control, where the fan continues to run for 5 or 15 minutes after you've finished cooking and then switches off automatically. Also practical is the saturation indicator for both the grease and active carbon filters, which alerts you when maintenance or replacement is needed.
Recirculation mode option
The MIELE DAS 4930 is designed for convertible operation and can also be used in recirculation mode. For this method of use, you need to purchase the appropriate kit and a corresponding Active AirClean or Longlife AirClean filter, so you can tailor the solution to your specific kitchen.
Quiet and safe operation
The extractor offers quiet operation from just 37dB(A) on the 1st level, reaching 55dB(A) on the 3rd level and up to 70dB(A) on the intensive setting. It also features a safety switch-off that automatically turns off the extractor after 10 hours if it is accidentally left running.
