MIELE EVS 7010
The MIELE EVS 7010 vacuum drawer allows you to efficiently seal a wide variety of foods, which is the ideal way to keep them fresh up to three times longer than storing them in the fridge. You can then use the vacuumed ingredients for cooking with the Sous-Vide method, for example, which preserves the original flavour, the right moisture level and valuable nutrients in the food. If you want to enhance the taste experience, you can try vacuuming the food together with marinades and herbs. The MIELE EVS 7010 drawer can also be used for vacuuming liquids, food in containers or sealing jars. You can use vacuum bags with a maximum size of 250 × 350 mm and a total of three vacuum stages to choose from.
