M Sense ready for assisted cooking
The MIELE KM 8565 FL hob is ready for use with M Sense cookware. When combined with compatible M Sense pots and pans, assisted cooking helps you better monitor the cooking process, reduces the risk of burning or overcooking, and achieves more consistent results. The function is particularly useful when cooking dishes that require more precise temperature control.
PowerFlex for fast and flexible cooking
Two powerful PowerFlex areas offer plenty of space for various types of cookware. You can use them for individual pots and pans, or as one connected area for larger cookware like a roasting tin or griddle pan. The high power ensures rapid heat-up, so you can easily boil water, sear ingredients, or prepare larger portions.
Pan and pan-size recognition
The MIELE KM 8565 FL hob can recognise the presence and size of your cookware. When you place a pot or pan on the cooking surface, the hob intuitively detects where it is, letting you start cooking with ease. This ensures heat is used more efficiently and makes operation simpler, even when you're frequently moving cookware around.
Practical extra functions for convenient cooking
The MIELE KM 8565 FL offers a range of functions to make everyday use easier. Stop&Go lets you briefly pause cooking, wipe protection temporarily locks the control panel when cleaning the hob, and Recall helps restore your settings after an accidental shutdown. There is also a timer, an auto heat-up function, and a keep-warm function, which helps keep your finished meal ready to serve.
MultiSlide for precise control of the MIELE KM 8565 FL hob
The MultiSlide control lets you adjust individual cooking areas using separate sliders. This gives you direct access to each zone, so you can change the power quickly and precisely as needed. When cooking multiple dishes at once, the controls remain clear and intuitive.
Safety features for calmer cooking
The safety features help prevent unwanted situations during daily use. They include a safety switch-off, system lock, safety lock, integrated cooling fan, overheating protection, and a residual heat indicator. This gives you greater peace of mind both during and after cooking.
