MattFinish for a clean and elegant look
The MattFinish matt black surface gives the hob a premium, modern look. It is designed to reduce the visibility of minor scratches and fingerprints, so the hob looks neater even with daily use. The smooth ceramic glass is also easy to maintain; simply wipe it down once it has cooled.
M Sense ready for assisted cooking
The MIELE KM 8565 FL hob is ready to be used with M Sense cookware. When combined with compatible M Sense pots and pans, assisted cooking helps you better monitor the cooking process, reduce the risk of burning or overcooking, and achieve more consistent results. This function is particularly useful when cooking dishes that require precise temperature control.
PowerFlex for fast and flexible cooking
Two powerful PowerFlex areas offer plenty of space for different types of cookware. You can use them for individual pots and pans, or as a single connected area for larger cookware like a roasting tin or griddle pan. The high power ensures rapid heating, so you can easily boil water, sear food, and prepare larger portions.
Pan and pan-size recognition
The MIELE KM 8565 FL hob can recognise the presence and size of your cookware. When you place a pot or pan on the cooking surface, the hob intuitively detects where it is, letting you start cooking with ease. This ensures heat is used more efficiently and makes operation simpler, even when moving cookware around frequently.
Practical extra functions for convenient cooking
The MIELE KM 8565 FL offers a range of functions to make daily use easier. Stop&Go lets you briefly pause cooking, wipe protection temporarily locks the control panel when you're cleaning the hob, and Recall helps restore your settings after an accidental switch-off. There is also a timer, auto heat-up, and a keep-warm function, which helps keep cooked food ready to serve.
MultiSlide for precise control of the MIELE KM 8565 FL hob
The MultiSlide control lets you adjust the individual cooking areas using separate sliders. This gives you direct access to each zone, and you can adjust the power quickly and precisely to suit your current needs. This keeps the controls clear and intuitive, even when cooking multiple dishes at once.
Safety functions for more relaxed cooking
The safety features help prevent unwanted incidents during daily use. They include a safety switch-off, lock function, system lock, integrated cooling fan, overheating protection, and a residual heat indicator. This gives you greater peace of mind both during and after cooking.
