M Sense ready for assisted cooking

The MIELE KM 8565 FR hob is ready for use with M Sense cookware. In combination with compatible M Sense pots and pans, assisted cooking helps you better monitor the cooking process, reduce the risk of burning or overcooking, and achieve more consistent results. This function is particularly useful when cooking dishes that require more precise temperature control.

PowerFlex for fast and flexible cooking

The two powerful PowerFlex areas offer plenty of space for different types of cookware. You can use them for individual pots and pans, or as a linked area for larger cookware, such as a roasting tin or griddle pan. The high power ensures rapid heating, so you can easily handle boiling water, flash-frying, and preparing larger portions.

Pan and pan size recognition

The MIELE KM 8565 FR hob can recognise the presence of a pan and its size. When you place a pot or pan on the hob surface, the hob intuitively detects where the cookware is and lets you start cooking conveniently. This means heat is used more efficiently and operation is simpler, even when frequently moving cookware around.

Practical extra functions for convenient cooking

The MIELE KM 8565 FR offers a range of features to make everyday use easier. Stop&Go lets you briefly pause cooking, wipe protection temporarily locks the control panel when wiping the hob, and Recall helps restore settings after an accidental switch-off. It also includes a timer, auto heat-up, and a keep warm function to help keep your finished meal ready to serve.

MultiSlide for precise control of the MIELE KM 8565 FR hob

The MultiSlide controls let you set the individual cooking areas using separate sliders. This gives you direct access to each zone, and you can adjust the power quickly and precisely as needed. When cooking multiple dishes at once, the controls remain clear and intuitive.

Safety features for more relaxed cooking

The safety features help prevent unwanted situations during everyday use. They include a safety switch-off, system lock, safety lock, an integrated cooling fan, overheating protection and a residual heat indicator. This gives you greater peace of mind both during and after cooking.
