The MikroTik L009UiGS WiFi router works as a single-band network device supporting the Wi-Fi 6 standard and older 802.11b/g/n protocols in the 2.4GHz band. The device achieves a high transfer speed of 574Mbps and uses dual-chain wireless technology for stable signal propagation. A powerful dual-core 800MHz ARM processor is complemented by 512MB of RAM and 128MB of internal NAND flash storage, providing enough resources for the RouterOS v7 operating system to run smoothly.

Wi-Fi 6 Wireless Connectivity
The device transmits in the 2.4GHz band, where it achieves transfer speeds of up to 574Mbps. The 802.11ax standard brings greater stability and faster response times when multiple client stations are connected simultaneously. Two detachable external antennas with a 4dBi gain handle the signal distribution, which can be replaced with another type with RP-SMA connectors if needed.
Security and Operating System
The router uses the RouterOS v7 operating system with a Level 5 licence, which supports a wide range of network configurations. Internal network security is protected by a configurable firewall, and it is also fully ready for the IPv6 protocol. The powerful processor supports IPsec hardware encryption and the running of container applications, expanding the possibilities for integrating additional software tools directly into the system.
Management and Design
The robust chassis effectively dissipates heat and acts as a passive heatsink, preventing hardware components from overheating. The innovative case design simplifies mounting, and with optional accessories, up to four of these units can be placed in a single 1U rack space. Management and quick direct configuration are facilitated by an RJ-45 serial console port.
Connectivity Options
The connector array includes eight gigabit Ethernet LAN/WAN ports and one SFP slot supporting speeds up to 2.5Gbps. The first Ethernet port supports PoE-in power, and the last port, Ether8, offers passive PoE-out to power other network elements. The device includes eight 1G Ethernet LAN/WAN ports, one SFP port supporting speeds up to 2.5Gbit/s, one USB 3.0 port for connecting an external LTE modem, and one RJ-45 serial console port.
