Analyse your physical activity with this stylish fitness bracelet by Mio. The bracelet monitors your activity throughout the date, using your heart rate. You can even link it to your phone to get a better overview of your results and see your daily statistics. The bracelet lasts for up to 5 days on a single charge (recharging lasts about 1.5hrs).

The measuring mechanism

The Mio Slice gives you a basic overview of your current heart rate, sleep duration, burned calories or the distance and number of steps you have reached. The bracelet records the heartbeat at four different time intervals depending on what activity you are currently doing. It recognizes this activity automatically, so you don´t need to do anything to activate it.

PAI - a revolution in personal activity monitoring

The Mio SLICE is not just another fintess tracker that blindly counts the steps regardless of the intensity of the movement, the physical load and especially the different personal parameters of the users. Instead, it keeps track of your heart rate throughout the day and evaluates the daily activity with regard to your gender, age, height, and weight, resulting in the so-called Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) score. 

Stay fit whatever your age

If you want to keep fit until the old age, it is recommended that you keep this "index" at least at 100 points during the last 7 days. This basic target value is the same for each user, but its calculation is unique for everybody. It is not important how many steps you walk or if you prefer yoga to dumbbells. The most important thing is how much heart you put into it!  

Algorithm based on serious scientific work

The PAI personal activity evaluation system uses the results of the HUNT research, conducted by the Faculty of Medicine of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. This historically unique research has been monitoring 45,000 people for more than 25 years in terms of physical activity and other factors that have a beneficial effect on health and longevity. And the incredible amount of data collected has been transformed into an algorithm for calculating PAI by Mio.

The bracelet recognized when you are asleep - it even distinguishes individual phases of your sleep. You can view these in the PAI 2 app after awakening, which can help you understand your sleep cycle and optimise your sleep patterns.

Elegant and functional design

The Mio SLICE bracelet boasts a descreet design, so you can wear it all day long. There is a single controlling button that activates the well-arranged OLED display and allows you to scroll through the various functions. The display will also be activated if you turn your wrist towards you. 

Mobile Mio PAI 2 app

The Mio PAI 2 mobile app will ensure full functionally and the setup of the bracelet. The data is continuously synchronized via Bluetooth 4.0 and the app generates reports of your activity, sleep, exercise and PAI scores. For security reasons, you can only connect the bracelet to one specific phone.
