Analyse the course of your physical activities with Mio's elegant fitness bracelet. This bracelet is used to monitor all-day activities using your heart rate measurements. For a better overview, you can link it to your mobile device, where you can view your daily statistics. The bracelet lasts for up to 5 days on a single charge, with a full charge taking about 1.5 hours.

How does the measurement work?

Mio Slice gives you a basic overview of the current heart rate, sleep duration, burned calories, or the distance and number of steps you have reached. The bracelet records the heartbeat at four different time intervals depending on what activity you are currently doing. It recognises this activity, so it is not necessary to manually activate anything.

PAI - a revolution in measuring personal activity

Mio SLICE is not just another fitness tracker that blindly counts steps regardless of the intensity of the movement, the physical load and especially the different personal parameters of the users. Instead, it keeps track of your heart rate throughout the day and, considering your gender, age, height, and weight, it evaluates daily activity through the so-called PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence).

In form until late

If you want to maintain your fitness up into your later years, it is recommended that you keep this "index" at least 100 points in the last 7 days. While this basic target value is the same for each user, its calculation is unique for each user. It is not important for your health how many steps you will take, if you prefer yoga or working out with dumbbells. What's important is how much effort you put into it!

Algorithm based on serious scientific work

The PAI personal performance evaluation system uses the results of the HUNT research conducted by the Faculty of Medicine of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. This historically unique research has followed 45,000 people for more than 25 years in terms of physical activity and other factors that have a beneficial impact on health and longevity. With the incredible amount of data collected, Mio has transformed it into an algorithm for calculating PAI.

For a better sleep

Just like other activities, sleep can be detected by the bracelet itself, even its individual phases. After awakening, you can view the phases in PAI 2. This report helps you understand the sleep cycle and help you optimise your sleep patterns.

Elegant and functional design

The Mio SLICE bracelet does not unnecessarily ignore or interfere with your normal style due to its elegant appearance. The device is operated with a single button to activate a clear OLED display and then you can simply browse through the various functions. You can also activate the display by simply turning your wrist towards you.

Mobile Mio PAI 2 apps

Mobile Mio PAI 2 will ensure full functionality and device setup. Data is synchronised and the application generates reports of all-day activity, sleep, exercise, and PAI scores. For security, it is possible to connect a specific Mio SLICE bracelet to only one phone. Communication between devices is wireless over Bluetooth 4.0.
