The oven's interior features a high-quality triple-coated enamel surface that enhances heat reflection and provides sufficient insulation. The combination of perfect oven insulation and the high-quality glass door results in significant energy savings. The door of the Mora VT 542 CXB oven is made entirely of glass, giving you a complete overview of your dish's progress. This means you don't have to open the oven during baking.
Automatic gratination function
The Mora VT 542 CXB oven also includes a preset automatic gratination function, which is great for melting cheese on baked vegetables or creating a golden crust. You can also use this function to caramelise honey. Simply activate it with a button or by selecting it from the menu. The function then automatically starts the large grill element at 300°C for 10 minutes. However, you can only activate this function after 10 minutes of baking.
MORA VT 542 CXB oven with Eco Clean
Cleaning the MORA VT 542 CXB oven is completely effortless and very quick, thanks to the special Eco Clean programme. Simply place a tray of water in the heated oven and switch on the cleaning programme. After 30 minutes, the steam tackles the dirt, and once the oven has cooled down, you can wipe away the rest with a cloth.
