The interior of the oven features a high-quality enamel surface and a triple coating that supports heat reflection and provides sufficient insulation. The combination of perfect oven insulation and a high-quality glass door leads to significant energy savings. The door of the Mora VTPS 555 BXB oven is made entirely of glass, giving you a complete overview of the state of your dish. This means you don't have to open the oven during baking.
Automatic gratinating function
The MORA VTPS 555 BXB oven includes, among other things, a preset automatic gratinating function, which is great for melting cheese on baked vegetables or creating a golden crust. You can also use this function to caramelise honey. Simply activate the function with a button or by selecting it from the menu. The function then automatically starts the large grill element at a temperature of 300°C for 10 minutes. However, you can only activate this function after at least 10 minutes of baking.
