MOVit Omega 3 Premium is a complex of vitamins that contribute to the proper functioning of not only the heart and blood vessels, but also vision, the brain, bones, and the immune system. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are essential for our health. However, our body cannot produce them on its own, and there is a critical shortage of them in our diet, as they are mainly found in sea fish. The two most important omega-3 fatty acids are called EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). One capsule contains 1000mg of fish oil. The pack contains 90 capsules.
What are the signs of omega-3 fatty acid deficiency?
- Heart problems - omega-3 fatty acids reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
- Brain problems - a lack of omega-3 fatty acids can cause attention disorders and contribute to the development of ADHD, a hyperkinetic disorder, in children.
- Immunity problems - frequent colds can also be caused by a lack of essential acids. DHA and EPA fatty acids, in particular, strengthen our natural defences.
- Vision problems – essential acids drain intraocular fluid from the eye, reducing the risk of high eye pressure and glaucoma.
- Poor circulation in the limbs - essential acids help us regulate our body temperature.
- Extremely dry skin - the glands in our skin that produce natural sebum need omega-3 fatty acids to naturally moisturise the skin.

Which foods contain lutein and zeaxanthin?
We've all heard the popular saying that healthy eyesight is linked to spinach. However, lutein and zeaxanthin can also be found in other leafy greens such as kale, broccoli and cucumber, as well as in egg yolks, corn, and mandarins. Research suggests that for most people, the intake of lutein and zeaxanthin from diet alone is insufficient (only 10% of the required amount is obtained from food). Since the body cannot produce them on its own, they must be supplemented with food supplements.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily or 2 capsules every other day. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after a meal, when bile secretion is increased, leading to better oil digestion.
