Protecting cells from oxidative stress
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to serious diseases, to normal spermatogenesis and to normal thyroid function. Helps to maintain normal hair and nails, supports normal immune system function. Selenium is one of the essential nutrients that our body cannot produce on its own and must be consumed in the diet.
Why supplement with selenium?
