Cordyceps (Chinese caterpillar, Cordyceps sinensis) is the most powerful replenisher of lost energy among vital mushrooms. In Chinese medicine, it is used to promote vitality, physical performance, endurance and to support libido.
About Cordyceps
From the perspective of Chinese medicine, it strengthens Yang and the essence of Ledvin and Yin Plic. In the Kidneys is stored the source of all our energy, therefore the caterpillar or Cordyceps is the most powerful "recharger" of vital mushrooms. According to Chinese medicine, the kidneys are also responsible for reproduction and libido. Thanks to this, Cordyceps is able to support libido. It is also an excellent adaptogen that helps us adapt to the ever-changing environment and keep our body in harmony. Cordyceps is often taken by athletes because it can improve performance and recovery. Cordyceps grows at altitudes above about 3,500 metres, but it is hardly found in the wild anymore. Apparently, in the last 25 years, the incidence has dropped by 90%, which of course has increased its value on the market, which is why this mushroom is now cultivated.

- Cordyceps (Chinese caterpillar, Cordyceps sinensis) is processed by biofermentation and then by hot-water extraction, thanks to which we offer a high-quality extract with an ideal ratio of bioactive substances.

Cordyceps CS-4 (Chinese caterpillar, Cordyceps sinensis) 100% pure extract - 500 mg. 90 vegetable capsules of 500 mg extract (also suitable for vegans). It does not contain caffeine, gluten, preservatives, colourings or sugar.
Recommended dosage
Current dose:
1-2 capsules per day (ev. even at noon, no later than 17:00 to avoid disturbing sleep). 1 capsule contains 0.5 g of ico-natural-origin mushroom extract.
Increased dose:
3-6 capsules per day. It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine.
Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of an extract of the Brazilian Acerola cherry. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
