Je prosím nutné k pásku ještě něco dokupovat (bridge atd), nebo balení obsahuje vše nezbytné k instalaci a napájení přes usb?

Zdravím, koupil jsem dva kousky jeden funguje, ale druhý ta appka vůbec nedetekuje a pásek svítí jen červeně, bohužel jsem to zjistil až když jsem pásek nainstaloval za stůl kam se velmi těžce dostává (k výměně musím stůl rozebrat) není nějaký alternativní způsob jak jej donutit svítit alespoň trvale jinou barvou? Celkově ze tří výrobků této značky mi správně fungoval jen jeden. Navíc appka je uváděná jako v češtině, ale je to takový CZ-EN guláš a důležité věci jsou EN.
