Netgear GS308T

A network switch is an active network component that connects individual devices and other network elements. It is suitable for coordinating network traffic. The Netgear GS308T is supposed to be mounted on the desk or wall. This model has a switching capacity of 16 Gb/s. 10/100Base-T technology allows file transfer with a speed of up to 100 Mbit/s. 10/100/1000Base-T technology facilitates data transfer with a speed of up to 1000 Mbit/s. The switch dimensions are 158 × 101 × 30mm. QoS or Quality of Service technology makes sure the switch stays within its capacity, and it also enables you to control end station priority. Integrated LAN ports support a bandwidth speed of up to 1 Gbit. The weight of the switch is 410g. The Netgear GS308T also operates on the ISO/OSI model network layer, which means it may serve as a router. Thanks to this neat feature, you won't require another network element.
