prosím vás, mohla jsem párovat sluchátku s telefonem Redmi 7A, přes aplikaci. Ale nemůžu je párovat s laptop. Bluetooth na laptop nenajde je. Mám Asus Zenbook.

Dobrý den, sluchátka při spárování s telefonem (iPhone SE 2020) k přehrávání hudby fungují perfektně, nicméně k využívání jako "handsfree" při telefonních hovorech či nahrávání audio zpráv např. v aplikaci whatsapp je mikrofon hodně tichý, takže se pro tyto účely sluchátka nedají využívat a musím je vždy odpojit a využít mikrofon telefonu. Máte s tímto problémem zkušenost? Může to mít spojitost s propojením s iPhonem nebo obecně mikrofon u těchto sluchátek není dobrý? Jsou již jednou reklamovaná, byla mi vyměněna za nový kus, ale tento problém přetrvává. Děkuji předem za radu či odpověď.
