With Aroma Balance technology you achieve the ideal balance and perfect taste. With the MY COFFEE function, you can save and set up recipes to make coffee the way you like it (up to 9 coffee recipes can be created).

The silent CafeRomatica conical grinder in hardened steel can grind coffee beans exactly to your liking. The ground coffee then goes in a measured batch into a chamber where it is compacted and roasted with hot water. By applying 15 bar pressure and enlarging the brewing chamber, the water and coffee get into a swirling motion, which allows for a stronger release of delicious aroma.
