Noctua NF-A9 FLX

This efficient fan from the well-known manufacturer Noctura is designed to fit in computer cabinets and is equipped with two adapters that allow you to set a speed of 1600/1250/1050 rpm. The Noctua NF-A9 FLX uses seven integrated rotor blades to precisely direct the air outlet and is ideally suited for water-cooled radiators or large processor tower coolers.

 

Two adaptors

 

The Noctua NF-A9 FLX falls into a 92mm category and 7 blades develop a maximum flow rate of 1,600 rpm to 64.6 m3/h. The first of two adaptors, the LNA, reduces the speed to 1,250 rpm, as well as air flow and noise levels. The second ULNA adaptor, the Ultra Low Noise Adaptor, is designed to reduce noise to a very low 8.4 dB(A) while maintaining solid performance.

The Noctua NF-A9 FLX with Advanced Acoustic Optimisation (AAO) is designed to produce as low noise as possible. This is why silicone damping anti-vibration mats, a special stage design and a surface structure for better airflow are well worth it.

 

SSO2 bearings

 

Well-proven proprietary Noctua bearings have been further improved in the second generation, so the Noctua NF-A9 FLX uses optimised SSO2 bearings. In this generation, the rear magnet is even closer to the axle and therefore offers better stability, precision and durability, which also helps to place the bearing in the massive body. The fan will offer an unprecedented average time of trouble-free operation exceeding 150,000 hours, ie 17 years. All this with high quality performance that will be appreciated by true computer enthusiasts. On the motherboard, the fan is connected by a 3-pin connector, and a 3:4-pin adaptor is also included.
