Nordbo Scandinavian Omega-3 is a dietary supplement in the form of oil. Contains a blend of omega-3, 6, 7, 9 and 11 (including EPA and DHA). Every drop of oil is high quality, fresh and crisp like a live fish (no aftertaste) - only the natural taste of lemon is added.
Nordbo Scandinavian Omega-3 Trout Oil
Omega fatty acids contained in fish oil are the building blocks of cell membranes, so they are literally nutrition for the body and brain. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are biologically active omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids that together contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day. The oil represents the top among fish oils in terms of purity, freshness, sustainable fish farming and respect for the environment. While the industry standard for conventional oils is a production period of 6 to 12 months from the time the fish is caught, Nordbo oil is bottled 3-4 hours after the fish is caught.

Recommended dosage
Children 1-10 years:
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) daily.
Children 11-17 years:
5 ml (1 tsp) daily.
Adults, pregnant and breastfeeding:
5-15 ml (1-3 tsp) daily.
Notice
Not intended for children under 1 year. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a dry place at 10-25 °C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
