Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil
Arctic Cod Liver Oil builds on the Scandinavian tradition of cod liver oil—a pure source of omega-3 and naturally occurring vitamins A and D. The oil from Arctic cod is in its natural triglyceride form for high absorption and has a subtle lemon flavour. A daily dose (3 softgels) provides 750mg of omega-3, including 240mg of EPA and 360mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; the naturally present vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and the normal function of the immune system. Free from artificial preservatives, gluten, and lactose. A pack of 90 softgels = 30 daily doses.
Ingredients
Purified arctic cod liver oil; soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural lemon flavour); natural lemon flavour; d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant); rosemary extract (a natural preservative). Contains naturally occurring Vitamin A and Vitamin D. Gluten-free, lactose-free.
Recommended Dosage
3 softgels daily, preferably with food.
