Purified deep-sea fish oil (anchovies, sardines,, mackerel,, and herring), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerine, water, natural flavour), natural aroma, rrr-alpha-tocopherol (antioxidant), vitamin D3 (olive oil, cholecalciferol), Rosemary extract (natural preservative). Free of gluten, dairy derivatives, and synthetic colours.
Recommended dosage
Adults take two soft gels daily, with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
