The NOVATION Bass Station II analog mono synthesizer brings a new design, effects and filters. The universal sound core excels especially in bass, but it can also create sharp leads and arpeggios. You can easily create and edit sounds intuitively thanks to a comprehensive set of cleverly placed controls . NOVATION Bass Station II has 25 full-size keys with dynamics, aftertouch function and fast response. The synthesizer can be connected to another MIDI device or computer via USB and used as a MIDI keyboard.
Create your own sounds from scratch and store them in memory. With true analog distortion and filter modulation effects, you can create a wide range of sounds, including cracked and aggressive variations. Bass Station II also contains 64 factory presets and has room for 64 custom sounds, you can save other created sounds to your computer. Get inspired by the work of other artists and download sound packages from the internet and save them as additional presets.
The NOVATION Bass Station II sound consists of a sound generator, two independent oscillators and a sub-oscillator designed to produce rich analog bass. Create soft and sharp sounds with discreet Acid or Classic filters with an overdriver with an adjustable ratio of clear and affected sound . Add sound warmth or graininess to analog distortion and bass and lead density using the filter mode of the second oscillator. The Bass Station II arpeggiator can use 32 different rhythm patterns, with adjustable waveform and octave range. The Step Sequencer allows you to record up to 4 sequences and play them back along with any of the 32 patterns.
