NOW FOODS Omega 3 is a unique natural fish oil concentrate from anchovies, sardines and tuna that contains 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA in two softgel capsules. EPA and DHA are important for cardiovascular health (they help maintain cholesterol levels), proper nervous system function and normal vision. This product is tested to be free of potentially harmful contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.

What does Omega 3 contribute to?

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (2 capsules per day)
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (2 capsules per day)
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision (2 capsules per day)
Taking 2 g of the combination of DHA and EPA per day helps to maintain normal blood pressure (7 capsules per day)
