NOW Magnesium Malate
Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to normal mental activity, normal energy metabolism and also to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion. It also supports normal muscle function and helps maintain normal teeth and bones. Magnesium serves as a cofactor for approximately 300 enzymes. Through them, it contributes to normal protein synthesis, among other things. Such are involved in the process of cell division. Magnesium Malate is a fully reacted mineral dietary supplement.

Recommended dosage:
1 tablet three (3) times daily, preferably with food. Consider taking together with NOW Foods boron, vitamin D and zinc.

Hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silica and vegetable tablet coating. It does not contain soy, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, fish, seafood or nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Non-GMO. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
