Keeping your blood pressure under regular control can prevent many medical complications. The OMRON MIT5, with an elegant black and white design, is a great way to do this. One of the main advantages of this device is that it is easy to use, because it incorporates some of the latest technology in this field.

Easy operation
The universal EASY cuff (22-42cm) is easy to tighten and it comes with two different cuffs (1 standard + 1 for a strong arm). The coloured tightening indicator on the cuff (LED next to the display), will indicate whether or not the cuff is tight enough. Green means that the measured results are reliable. Orange means that you need to re-measure due to improper fitting or insufficient tightening of the cuff.
The colour hypertension indicator offers quick and easy evaluation. There is an LED beside the display and different colours will inform you about the current status. Green means everything is OK, orange indicates that some of the measured values ??are higher than the recommended "healthy" blood pressure for home measurements: 135/85 mmHg. The device can also evaluate inappropriate motion measurements, which can affect its accuracy. Another icon will indicate cardiac arrhythmia (an irregular pulse). If you frequently see this icon, it is recommended that you see your doctor.
Great memory
The device's memory is split for two users and guarantees the recording of 2 × 100 measurements, including the date and the time that the measurement was taken. There is also a guest mode. The data is displayed in a large, easy-to-read three-line display. The OMRON MIT5 Connect works with four alkaline batteries (included), which will last up to 1000 measurements. Together with the monitor, you will also receive a travel case, which will make it really easy to take the monitor with you on your travels.
