Dobrý den. Nabíječka je je jedna, bohužel jsem si toho při objednání nevšimla, chápu, že je to dělané asi do jedné domácnosti, ale když někdo cestuje ta má asi smůlu. Mělo by tedy jít dokoupit nabíječku zvlášť.?!

Dobrý den, jelikož nelze zakoupit nová nabíječka mohla by alza vyzkoušet kterou bezdratovou nabíjecí podložkou lze ten to kartáček nabíjet? Už jsem otestoval dva kusy a stále jen kartáček zaznamená že byl položen na nabíječku,ale nenabíjí se.Myslim ze by jste tím pomohli desítkám lidí co mají problém sehnat nabíječku.dekuji

Dobrý den, vybrala jsem si tento kartáček kvůli superjemnému režimu čištění citlivých zubů. Ale superjemný režim fungoval v pořádku asi měsíc, od té doby kartáček vibruje intenzivně (je stejná intenzita vibrací, když přepínám režimy - před tím byla u superjemného znatelně jemnější a u intensive naopak silná) od začátku čištění, a na jemný režim se přepne asi po minutě. Pokud bych musela reklamovat, budu muset poslat celou sadu, nebo pouze vadný kartáček? Už nemám originál krabici, nevadí to? Děkuji

Dobry den, chtěl bych koupit náhradní nabijecku. Jako příslušenství by jste ji správně měli mít v nabídce a co tak koukám do recenzi tak ji stále nemáte. To je nějaký systémový utok na práva spotřebitelů? Musím si vážně koupit nový kartáček, abych sehnal náhradní nabijecku? :)

Dobrý den je normální když nábojů kartáček a potom hned jdu čistit zuby a kartáček se vybije o 8 % je to vadný kus nebo je to v pohodě?
