The Orion GRANDE Aroma reversible roaster with aroma lid is a versatile helper for any kitchen. Thanks to its reversible design, it serves as both a deep roaster and a separate pan. The inner two-layer PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface lets you cook meals with a minimal amount of fat. The roaster works on all types of hobs, including induction, and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 200°C. The glass lid with an aroma handle simplifies seasoning during baking.

Versatile use as a roaster and a pan

The Orion GRANDE Aroma roaster has a reversible design and can be used as two separate parts. The bottom part, with internal dimensions of 32×21×9.5cm, serves as a classic deep roaster for meat or vegetables. You can use the top part, with an internal height of 4cm, not only as a lid but also as a separate pan for searing or frying. The entire roaster is made from an aluminium alloy, which contributes to its low weight.

Cook meals with minimal fat

The inner two-layer non-stick PFLUON GRANIT surface prevents food from sticking and simplifies cooking. Thanks to its properties, you only need to use a minimal amount of fat to prepare meals without ingredients sticking to the bottom. The outside of the roaster is covered with a non-stick PTFE layer, which makes cleaning and maintenance easier after every use. Once it has cooled down, you can safely put it in the dishwasher.

Aroma lid and universal heat sources

The roaster includes a glass lid with a stainless steel aroma handle. The small opening in the handle is for gradually and evenly adding liquids like wine, stock or marinade, without having to lift the entire lid. The roaster is compatible with all common hob types – from gas and electric to ceramic and induction.

The roaster is suitable for use in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 200°C.
