The ORION GRANDE Aroma roasting pan offers dual use as both a roaster and a frying pan. With a total volume of 17.5 litres, it's ideal for preparing large portions of food. The inner PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface prevents food from sticking. It includes a glass lid with an aroma handle, which allows you to gradually add liquid seasonings during baking. The roasting pan works on all hob types, including induction, and can be used in the oven.

A reversible roaster and frying pan in one
The roasting pan consists of two parts that can be used separately. The deeper section, with an internal height of 13cm, serves as a traditional roasting pan, while the shallower 5cm-high section can be used as a frying pan for searing or sautéing. By combining both parts, you get a closed baking dish with a total volume of 17.5L. The off-centre handles make it easier to place in the oven.
Non-stick surface and materials used
The body of the pan is made from an aluminium alloy. The inner sides of both parts are coated with a two-layer PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface. The outer part of the dish has a non-stick PTFE finish. The roasting pan can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 230°C.
Aroma lid and versatile use
The roasting pan comes with a glass lid featuring a stainless steel aroma handle. The small opening in the handle is for gradually adding liquid ingredients without having to lift the lid. The lid can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. The roasting pan works on all types of hobs – gas, electric, ceramic and induction.
When washing in the dishwasher, oxidation of the base may occur, which does not affect the functionality of the roasting pan.
