Ceramic Surface and Materials
The body of the casserole dish is made of an aluminium alloy, which ensures fast and even heat distribution. The stainless steel base allows it to be used on induction hobs. The inner non-stick ILAG XERADUR surface is ceramic-based and completely free of harmful substances such as PTFE, PFOA, PFOS and PFAS. It promotes healthy cooking with minimal fat. The maximum operating temperature for cooking is 250°C.
Cooking and Maintenance
The casserole dish is suitable for all types of hobs. The glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a steam vent allows you to monitor the food without having to lift it. The bakelite handles do not heat up during cooking and make handling easier. It is dishwasher safe.
