The ORION Grande low-pressure cooker with lid saves energy and reduces food preparation time. When cooking with the lid on and secured, steam loss is reduced to a minimum. Some of the steam generated in the pot condenses on the food, transferring its energy to the food being cooked. Another part of the steam condenses on the pot itself and falls back into the pot in the form of hot water. Thanks to this process, you can cook in a pot with significantly less water, which consumes up to 50% less energy than conventional cooking. Valuable substances in food are also preserved, as is the taste of the food itself. The energy-saving pot is suitable for all types of stoves, including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

There is a steam valve located in the lid of the pot, which ensures constant pressure equalization between the inside of the pot and the surroundings. This prevents any potential danger due to overpressure, which can occur in pressure cookers, from the very beginning of cooking . The lid is closed by sliding the top of the ears towards the center. Thanks to the constant pressure equalization, the lid of the pot can be removed at any time and the pot can be used for classic cooking.
